I just wanted to touch base with you and give an update on Darci. In Dec 2004 you sent Darci Vonder Schodin to
Us here in New Mexico. I got her for my Mom who was 78 at the time. Darci has become her constant companion
And protector and is truly the most amazing dog I have ever seen. She never leaves her side but is never in the way and always
seems to know what to do. Before she arrived I was concerned she would be
to much dog for my mom to handle, but her perfect temperament and absolute loyalty have made them an inseparable
pair. Darci’s calm manner makes guest feel welcome but if you are not family do not approach my mom uninvited. One day
my mom and Darci were at an intersection red light when a fireman collecting for a charity stuck his head and a boot in the drivers
window and startled my mom. When Darci explained this was unacceptable the fireman dropped the boot and all the money
in my mom’s lap and back out. Quickly. After the fireman apologized retrieved his boot and money and met Darci on
a different level he and Darci were friends and the guy was calling all his coworkers to meet her. There is something very
special in Darci and I just wanted to send you a picture, say thanks and keep breeding and training these amazing dogs.

Hello Randy,
Tilly arrived home after a quiet trip up - nothing to report there. She's met two of my females who are being quite gracious to her. She is in a large yard with one at the moment, and I truly believe she's one who could expire from working herself too much!! I'm hoping she will teach herself to reserve the energy for when she really needs it. She's so far displaying WAY more energy than my DastyXReine des Bergers bitch, who will stay on task forever.
Tilly is doing fine - all settled, and still looking for her purpose in life!! She is a keen one, very focused and huge drive.
I wish I had the time outside of training horses to work with her....maybe after the summer.

Hello Randy and Family,
The male pup from c-litter, I named him Grinder, I make sausages for a living, arrived in Albuquerque, New Mexico after a 48 hour transit, he had to overnight 2 a pet center in Houston, no problem, the dog jumps out of the crate and grips on my loose jacket sleeve, starts tugging, he's walking around, ears, head and tail held high, as if he was very familiar w/ his new environment. No digestive distress issues at all. The next day I brought him to a friends shop where we were brewing beer, once again he adapted to the situation. I know he's only 9-10 weeks old, but he is showing very good signs of solid nerves, huge prey drive, I'll keep you updated as he progresses, thanks for the Grinder.
Best Regards

Hello Randy and family,
Just posted a vid of the grinder @ club training on my you tube page, abqsportdogclub, so check it out, here's another pic. He's doing well, as you can see, he's a beautiful animal, excellent color, more importantly, his temperament is showing and growing in the right direction, thanks again, if the dogs from the next breeding are like this one, i would get a deposit in. I'm not a photographer, i make sausages.

Dear Randy,
I want to thank you for our very special boy Brisko, from B litter. He is almost nine months, and doing so well. He is extremely gentle with my 11mo. old son Joshua, and yet already wants to take the helper down during tug work, heels beautifully on the field or in the pet store, and tracks the your life depends on it. He is nicely protective, and alerts me to anyone or anything on our property, then settling down once I give the okay. This puppy is absolutely fearless and unshakable, whether on the field, at the hardware store, or rollerblading in downtown Seattle. What is amazing to me is that he came out of his crate that way, after 3 days of traveling from the Yukon to central Kansas. Of all things, THAT is a testament of superior breeding and puppy raising. And then he easily weathered a week long trip moving from Kansas to western Washington. Everyone comments on what wonderful focus and work ethic he has. He is a joy to train, work, and live with.
Feel free to give anyone our phone number, 360-858-7228. My husband and I will happily answer any questions anyone might have.

P.S. Sorry about the pics being old. They are from when he was 4 and 5months old. Newer pictures will follow soon.
